Email, name, hashed password, resumes you upload, application tracker entries, and usage metadata (features used, timestamps). We never collect payment card details — those are handled by Razorpay/Stripe.
To power ATS analysis, resume rewrites, job matching, interview kits, career chat, alerts, and admin analytics. We send transactional emails via Resend from no-reply@careerpilotonline.com.
Your resume text is sent to Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5) via our LLM proxy for analysis and rewrites. Anthropic does not train on API traffic under our current subscription.
We don't sell your data. We don't share resumes with recruiters unless you send them yourself. We don't run advertising trackers.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Contact hello@careerpilotonline.com for data export or deletion requests.
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (JWT stored in localStorage). No third-party ad or analytics trackers.
